The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is concluded once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable VAT (if applicable) and are displayed in EUR. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before completing the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

6. Made-to-Order Items

Some items are made upon request. These products have longer production times (usually 2–3 weeks). This will be clearly indicated in the product description.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (see our Return Policy for details).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.

We do not accept returns of:

9. Warranty

10. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.
