Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
We extend this period voluntarily to 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the withdrawal form template below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • All returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, including any applicable shipping fees.
  • Tracked shipping: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the proof of postage until the return has been completed.
  • Shipping responsibility: Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and ensuring that the goods are packaged securely.

Please return the goods to the return address provided by 2819 after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The costs of return shipping are non-refundable.

4. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items,

  • Goods manufactured according to your individual specifications.
