Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
We extend this period voluntarily to 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the withdrawal form template below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns within the European Union: We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Returns from outside the EU: You bear the cost of returning the goods.
    We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

4. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items,

  • Goods manufactured according to your individual specifications.
